Before founding Bluetower, he spent four years with Chamonix Private Equity (direct secondary funds), four years with ARCIS Capital (secondary funds) and five years with Pomona Capital (secondary funds and fund-of-funds).

Gautom has worked in private equity for 19 years, specialising in fund raising, deal sourcing and making investments. Before joining Bluetower, he spent 14 years with Seligman Private Equity (secondary funds and fund-of-funds) and was part of the MBO team that acquired the private equity business from Edmond de Rothschild, where he had been an Investment Director for five years. He started his career as an investment banker at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein.

Brian has worked in private equity for 32 years, specialising in deal sourcing, fund investing and transaction analysis and structuring. Before joining Bluetower, he spent 17 years working for private equity funds, including eleven years with Pomona Capital as Europe’s Managing Partner (secondary funds, fund-of-funds) and six years with Schroder Ventures and Hambros (primary funds).
